Cast resin transformers

Cast resin transformers (from 25-3150KVA) are entirely constructed in our factory in Italy. The insulation material of the coils is cast resin. Their nominal power refers to continuous operation for installation in closed space with maximum temperature 40 0C and in 1000m height from the surface of the sea. They are self-cooled with insulated winding core and epoxy resin winding, especially composed, for great resistance in mechanical and electrical forces as well as great resistance against humidity, fire and creation of harmful or toxic gases of any form.

The entire study and the final design of all transformers is carried out by the Technical Department led by Mr Sotirios Aivazidis, who has been for 30 years transformer and electric motor researcher and Technical Manager of K.H.M. company. The distribution transformers of our company are used to supply permanent electricity in public buildings, hotels, hospitals, theaters, cinemas, ships, factories, schools, etc.

Each transformer before the delivery has undergone successful testing both in the different stages of production and as integrated final product. Together with the corresponding inspection and testing certificates, declaration of conformity according to the European standards CE and corresponding mark, duplicate certificate quality assurance according to ISO9001, declaration of our company that has the possibility of technical support in SERVICE and coverage to spare parts for at least a decade, operation and maintenance manual and other technical manuals. It is solid construction, constituting an independent unit
