Quality policy

The quality service of the customer is a commitment of our company. We want an ideal provision of services, in so far as to satisfy fully the customer, with a view to overcome his expectations regarding the desirable level of quality service.

Based on this commitment, our firm seeks to constantly improve the quality of services.

In order to achieve this objective, S. AIVAZIDIS S.A. has structured, established and operates a "Quality Management System" which complies with ISO 9001:2000.

With strategy and systemization, we have highlighted the critical points were the customers shape their own opinion on the quality of the provided service. We know very well that the way to confront the customer is determinative regarding the impressions one obtains for the company.

The reliability of the quality service is reflected to the willingness of our staff to offer with courtesy, accuracy and speed, the expected service by the customer. The proper training and the full knowledge of their object, creates to our customers a sense of absolute confidence.

However, our experience, teaches us that only this reliability of quality service is not enough condition to overcome the expectations of the customer.
